Left 4 Dead 2 with COU Mates !!!

Extending isnt as fun as it seems, but thanks to COU and my part time job, at least I can spend most of my "free time" leisure time on them. Been practicing my flute and (going to) percussion skills for the past 2 weeks as we're going to have our very own 3rd concert !!! With more experienced new members joining in, this concert is going to be so much fun !

And yeah, the already-past Monday was our Mr. Harley's birthday. Like usual, the conductor prepared a birthday cake at the end of the ensemble practice and everybody wished him a joyful birthday. Somehow I dunno why, I slipped my mouth saying "L4D2" during some of the conversation, and the next thing I know is: I saw a few blinking pairs of eyes looking at me.

The next thing I know was, 4 of us went to Khakabo for a L4D2 game.

A normal No Mercy campaign seems to be very hard for the 4 of us, partially because we enabled cheat. So throughout the campaign I'm the only one spamming pain killer and first aid kit for the rest of the group and giving health to myself in the worse condition. 

Since this is the SECOND TIME IN HIS LIFE that our cute conductor entered a cyber cafe and his VERY FIRST TIME playing L4D2, we're considerate enough to guide him through all the basics he must know before he sets his foot into the warzone. I guess the best thing that I've taught him was "heal yourself with first aid and pain killer" and "slash zombies with your katana". 

At the end of the campaign, our conductor claimed that he wanted to vomit when he saw one of the zombie (Boomer to be precise) vomited on him. Oh well... though we both died in the game, but I hope that we can have another round again some day.

Working + Song Sharing

Its been more than a month since I'm working as a part-timer now. Although I'm only working on weekends with little working hours, but still I found it fun hanging around with the staffs there. Besides, having chances to meet with friends that so happen to be having meals here makes my day even better.

Yeah... I know its almost been ONE whole month that I didnt update my blog. I'm just being lazy to update anything, since most of them are small stuffs... but hey, I did celebrated my birthday on my working day. It isnt a big celebration, but at least we had cakes, candles and presents. Gotta have another post to update that again sometime.

Anyway, I've been addicted to some of the songs in the working place lately. I managed to get enough information to find them myself on YouTube and would like to share it to you all here.

200th Post !!!

When flipping back to my first post for the blog, I found out that my blog is now officially 2 years old on 23rd August !!! *Happy Birthday bloggie~~~*

And somehow coincidence or faith, this is the 200th post for my bloggie too ! *Congratulations !!!*

Time do passes by pretty fast huh ? Haha~

Mmmm... let me update about my trip back to my hometown for the industrial training interview for those who're curious today.


Its a Monday morning, me and my temporary roommate get ourself packed, called a cab and went to Old Town for breakfast. We bought the 10.30am bus ticket and reached Bukit Jalil around 1pm+.

While I was still thinking that its-been-a-while-since-I'm-back-to-my-hometown, crazy taxi drivers and promoters started to approach both of us.

"Where you wanna go lengzai ?"

"Come and take one of this..."

I was shocked and my temporary roommate quickly lead me towards the ticketing booth to buy a return ticket back to Kampar. A more worse situation is here, almost everyone inside the ticketing booth are asking you "where you wanna go lengzai ?".

With some effort of ignoring them and a nimble feet, I bought a ticket and get ourselves out of that place. Now that we need to go to somewhere else, hence we asked for some taxi drivers...

"RM 45 lor... why you dont want ? Its standard price already, you go ask all the taxis also the same price wan lar..."

"We're students lar..." said my temporary roommate while we're leaving the taxi drivers. "We walk further a bit and find another taxi."

We did found another taxi which is much cheaper compared to RM 45. We hopped on and reached our destination. Found a photostat shop and had some of my documents photocopied, and I went for the interview alone.

After filling in a job application form, I waited to be call into the room for interview. "There it goes my first job interview," I said to myself.

The receptionist leads me towards a room which looks like a meeting room for the office with a lady inside, on the table was my particulars, resume and documents.

"Do not sit until I was told so," I told myself. "Smile !"

"Sit please."

After thanked the interviewer, I sat down on the chair she pointed and the interview starts.

She asked some questions which I'm not very sure how to answer, but everytime I answered them, she'll smile and said "OK, OK...", which reminds me of our Genetic Master that lectures us this semester. I tried to be professional as much as I could and not showing any nervousness on my face during the whole interview session. "Take it as having some chat with a friend..." I said to myself.

Finally the interviewer said, "is there any questions you want to ask ?".

"May I know what's your name please miss ?"

She laughed, and she introduced herself.

After asking some questions, she then told me about the task that I'll need to complete for becoming part of the organization as a trainee and some cooperate culture in the company.

"You'll be notified in a week or two for the results."

"OK, thank you. Hope to see you again."

I pushed back the chair and get myself out of the office with a thanks to the receptionist. Called my temporary roommate and we meet up in a shop selling Chinese Orchestra instruments.

OMEG !!! All the instruments were so beautifully crafted, the music that they make were so nice !!! I picked up a DiZi and simply played a few notes as the shop owner said I can play it... the music produced was so smooth, so pretty.

The owner said I could have some discount since my temporary roommate worked there before. We waved goodbye and I went to my temporary roommate's house for a night stay. The first thing I noticed in his house was... PS3 !!! Never in my life that I touched one, the thing that excites me is that, there's a Biohazzard 5: Alternative Edition (Resident Evil 5 extended version).

"I know you wanna play, but let me figure out how to switch it on first."

After some trial and testing on the high-tech gadget, the game is on and I selected a chapter to continue on exploring the story of Resident Evil 5. Considered lucky to finished off quite a lot of sub chapters in a few hours time, gotta come back to finish up the last chapter next time.

The next day morning, my temporary roommate brought me to the restaurant that sells the proclaimed "very delicious chicken rice". We ordered it and there it comes.

After finished our lunch, we waved good bye and I got myself back Kampar alone while he went back to PJ.

I skipped class for 2 days just for the interview. I hope that its giving me something good in return so that it is worth for me to skip those classes, especially Enzymology (though I'm not really like the class) and Molecular Biology (shitto, I missed LOTS of hand-written notes !).

Birthdays and Presents !!!

To all the Leos that I known who're having their birthdays in these few days, HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!! I know its been late for me to update my blog about MY OWN birthday since we're having damned mid term test for CTC the next day of my birthday.

Very well, it all starts at the time we're having the normal chinese flute practice. Its been 10pm and we're still not leaving as expected, since when we're leaving earlier than 10pm !? And then when we're having a small chat break time, Sensei, "My" Chelle, Ali and Jarod stare at a piece of written score and played the song written there.

When I was wondering what-the-heck-is-that-song-for and I-wanna-play-it-too, i recognized it and was laughing: its the birthday song, and they played it on the flute ! Love it to the max !!!

The next thing I know is I'm rushing back home to bring the present that I bought for Freezie-chan. And I arrived at Sensei house 12am sharp. Just before that set the cake on fire, I managed to took these:

After blowing the candles, me and Freezie are now officially 1 years older. For your information: both of us share the same birthday, so when it comes to cake and celebration, we'll be celebrating it together. Sometimes having a friend like this would be fun eh ?

Spotted: "My" Chelle's Twin Sister in Library

There's something I learnt from the movies and dramas that I've watched:

They're many worlds outside there beyond our imagination, some from the future, some from the past, some even from the present, but leading a totally different lifes as we are now. And in each and every single of these worlds, there's an identital being that looks like us living their own life out there. Their life may not be the same with us, they're not exactly ourselves... but somehow, we're the same.

How I spotted the twin ? I was in the library busy thinking of a way to solve the mystery problem that has been circuling inside my head since I got the urge to finish it up. And then Sensei asked me to look over to the side...

"Isnt that Chelle ? Why is she sitting over there ?"

"Ya hor... she said she's making a phone call, I thought I just saw her outside the window just now..."

"Go ask her come over la..."

*Going to move the chair aside.*

"Eh, I thought she wears blue shirt today ?"

"Eh !? Ya hor !"

*The twin picks up her phone call.*

"OMG, she even got Chelle's old phone colour, white !"

When "My" Chelle was back, we showed her the twin, and she wasnt sure if its real she looks alike with her twin.

"Side view got la...", she commented.

There's been a guy looks like Rannie-chan spotted by Sensei; a girl who almost got the face of Freezie-chan, Scotty who is the real-life person of the main character in the animated film Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs; and a lecturer that looks alike with Sensei from the eyes and facial expression... I wonder when I'll found one.

Tomorrow gonna present the moral assignment to the lecturer... hopefully everything works smoothly and he didnt bomb us with loads of questions which we dont know how to answer it !

どうも ありがとう ございます !

Wahahaha !

Finally the house's internet connection was fixed and I'm able to online again ! What a great news to me and my fellow housemates too. I'm now proudly posting this as a reminder of the day where the savior fixed the modem for our house. A million of thanks to that friend of David ! どうも　ありがとう　ございます !

So, the modem was fixed and we're (more precisely, I, as I'm the only one in the house...again, like usual) able to use the direct...wait a minute, direct line was not working ! So it seems like we're only able to use the wireless then, which is better than having nothing at all ! At the mean time, I wish that David will be back and fix it so both direct line and wireless could be used.

Ah, what a restlessness night rushing for Sun Zi's assignment, even though the due date is next week Friday ! Haha~ Its a good thing though, rushing for the assignment early and getting ourselves prepared for the final exam coming soon. (Opps, did I just say "final exam" ?)

By the way, its really late now and I think I should go for bed. And one more thing: Happy birthday Jestrine. I was thinking to send you a SMS sharp 12am, but it seems like there's been a blockage somewhere as I couldnt send out the message. May your dreams and wishes come true and be happy.

(Real) Last Post of the Semester !

Oh ! So basically yesterday's post wasnt the LAST post of the semester at all ! *Glad* So I'm now writing something more likely to be the "last post of the semester" thingy and now lets refresh of what we, or more accurately, me myself... had done during this semester...

#The first day ever entered UTAR Kampar and having my first class on the first day of my first semester and... this is my first picture taken for the semester as well ! (Too many "FIRST" I guess... ?)#

#Lecture hall in DDK1. Its huge, and it looks like a small cinema, excluding the terrible projector and sometimes the sound system...#

#Arr...boring chemistry lab. While in chemistry, "My" Chelle and Sensei would be very active; when it comes to biology lab, its my turn to be active. It just occured like that...funny huh ?#

I'm not sure how it looks, but since Jest, Sensei and Rannie said it looks nice ... it should be nice, right ?

Me and Freezie's Birthday

Its my birthday today and whats more, its Freezie-chan's birthday too ! We share the same birthday and something funny about this post is that, is the 100th post in my blog ! Woot ! Haha~ Without further delay, each of the pictures below will be explained and elaborated for further understanding.

The game is pretty easy, you must start a new words from the words given and then the next person would do the same by repeating every words from the beginning and adding a new word at the end. For example it starts with apple, so continued with "e" with elephant, then "t" with train and so, you should say out "apple, elephant, train..." and so on to continue the game...#

#Oh, "My" Chelle looks happy coz she passed and no need to be hit by the "punisher" !#

#But its too bad for me that I forgotten the first few words and got hit by almost everyone using the pico-pico hammer.#

#Well, after the game, we washed the plates and Rannie brings out a bottle of dragon fruit red wine and all of us started to drink it. I had a little myself forced by Henry, which is my first time drinking a red wine ! Hey Hermin, you looked drunk !#

#After Jestrine and Rannie finished dividing the cakes we started to eat it. Looks like my cake is in the peppermint flavor and Freezie's is in black forest ! Never been knowing there's even something like "peppermint flavored cake" before, its the first time eating such a cake and its quite tasty and refreshing. Look how satisfacted Sensei was with the peppermint flavored cake with her.#

After eating the cake, Jestrine and Sensei demanding to had such a flavor's cake for their birthday too. Memorial quote of the day was: "Never been known that the cheap cakes could be that tasty !" from Henry. And what he said was quite true as well ! All these pictures captured the 5 hours of madness we had at Henry's house. Whats after the cake ? Cleaning and cleaning and then go to sleep !
