My Drawings

Another week passed and seems like we're getting closer and closer to our final exams. Everyone was busying about their assignments, preparing for their presentations and doing revisions on their mid term tests...but it doesnt seems like I'm doing the same thing as they do !

A lot of stuffs happened during the whole week and the most significant ones will be the shifting of my housemates to another house. Well...both of the girls do told me about their "shifting purpose" and wanted me to shift with them too, but since my grandma liked the house I'm staying now, so I refused it. Bye Sherry, bye Stacy, you know we will meet again someday, dont you ?

And so I'm here to take this opportunity to make a small announcement:

If you're going to study in UTAR Kampar campus sooner or later, please drop by my house in Westlake and check out the rooms available for rent ! No need to worry about those "one year contract with Danish House" as this is a private house so we're having much more facilities than Danish House ! Contact me through this blog if you wanted to know more. Hehe~

Anyway, I just got my camera last week from my aunt who're dropping by to pass me something regarding PTPTN stuffs. The first thing I tried it out is on my drawings ! I draw these quite some time ago, around the time when I'm still in Form 2 onwards and most of them are Conan. Too bad I cant post every Conan I draw myself since I already gave it to my friends as they liked it so much.

Complaining on KH + First Day of Degree

Thats it, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, specially created for the NDS gaming console. I'm pretty excited about the release yesterday and getting more excited once I found a downloadable ROM of the game. Though there're some problem while downloading but finally, I get myself a copy and started to play it it using the emulator !

BUT...unfortunately, the game only playable till this title screen.

When I checked the forums I found out that Square Enix placed something like "Anti-Piracy" on it, making it unplayable using the emulator for computer gamers. Not sure whether its playable using the real NDS console for the downloaded file, but the main purpose of it is to stop piracy.

For people who doesnt know how to crack the code using special software, they got no choice but to wait for professionals to do it and then upload it somewhere in the net. I tried to patch it my own, but failed to do so, since the instructions of patching are confusing !

Anyway, paid the fees and registered myself in UTAR this morning. I'm having the mixture feeling of "being a UTARians" and "an outsider wondering around UTAR" before and after registered myself. Met Mr. Able in the cafeteria with Jest and Sensei. Didnt really thought of meeting a lecturer we known in Kampar before, so its a like a surprise for us. He's also happy to met us here. Then I finally reached the lecture hall of Kampar campus, one word, "huge".

A little dissapointed on something...dont wanna say it loud here. Cant write more on it too, since you lot might be able to guess it out. Remaining it as "secret" would be a better choice. Haha...its a good day though, since its my first day becoming a Degree student !

• FRIENDS, as they're the one who kept on asking me out "yam cha", even though I kept on rejecting it since my grandma doesnt allow me to go out till late night. I just hope that before I go to Kampar, I can hang out with them just one more time, other than "yam cha" of course !




• YCW, as my first ever housemate and bringing craziness and insanity into my Foundation year. Thanks to your friends too, Shi Hooi, Mel Lee, BB Zai, Nemo, Kok Lee, Ah Teng and sort...its been fun to be with you lot.

  
  

  I still remember the test that you lot gave me. Given you 5 colours, red, yellow, green, orange and white, attach a person's name to the colour given without hesitation. The meaning behind the colours are then explained to me, and here's my choice:

  => I cant write it here, its private !

  => Scotty, didnt really think that it was real at first, but when time goes by, maybe its real ! Kaka~

Cant sure who shares the closest bond with me since every semester we're changing but, I do hope that we'll be together again in the same lecture hall, doing assignments and DoTA-ing till late night again.

What Happened Today ? [Offline Blog for 25/3]

Walking back home alone in the rain. Its not like I dont wanna go back with UTAR bus, it just that I wanna walk alone, to have some private time...to think of something...

Half an hour before, me and SL accompanying Yen Yee and having some chat. Later on we met Ms Leong and we chatted a lot. It’s very funny that she's keep on asking her student "where to have dinner" in front of us. She's been a very good lecturer and I appreciate all the stuffs that she taught me. Thank you for letting me know stuffs that are out of syllabus...

Before that, I just finished my Web Page Design mid term test. Although it seems very easy, but when it comes to theory then you can die in a second without hesitating. How am I doing for the test ? Well, thanks to SL who're sitting beside me, keep on giving me hints about how to solve the questions. Opps ! Pretend that you didnt read that...(even though its been striked !)

Few hours before the test, Tweety, Jolin and I were going for the appointment with Mr Able to check on our script. Its been the n^th time that we're having appointment with him, and this time would be the most satisfying one among the previous one. Finally, our script for drama was accepted by him with a little changes needed ! How joyful we are !

A few more hours to the back, we're having tutorial class with Mr Able. Its tutorial 5 and we're going to have a spontaneous telephone conversation ! I and SL teamed up and we're the second group to present it to the class. I'm the caller where as SL the receiver.

The conversation is about I hurt my back while cleaning the house and calling to make an appointment with the doctor, but the doctor is not around. Here it goes, some of the conversation (edited, coz I cant remember all of the conversation !)...

Its a very funny task, and our class had a lot of fun just watching other people doing the same thing with different situations.

Today morning, woke up kinda early, and then started to play Pokemon Diamond. I caught Diagla as my first legendary Pokemon weeks ago, then Azelf, Uxie and finally Mesprit. Later on in the game, I caught Giratina, a ghost/dragon Pokemon, and Heatran, a fire/steel Pokemon. Cresselia is kinda hard to catch since it’s like Mesprit, like to flee...

Its kinda funny since the sequence of the events is reversed. Well…another blogging style ! Haha~

SMS-ing for the Whole Day [Offline Blog for 17/2]

There it goes, the (long-waited ?) offline blog series are back again ! Well, most of it is due to the unavailability of me to go blogging online…anyway, dont think about that at the moment, thinking about it makes me a little sad, coz I cant meet Lyn and everyone ! (Sob)

(Eh-hem…)

Yesterday, I just had a very nice chat (through SMS) with one of my FRIENDS. Her name will be hidden as for some of the private stuffs that we both shared through the whole day (if you're clever enough, "her" is actually a tips for you to guess who's that person already).

I shared some of my so known "grown-up" experience to her, and hoping to get some suggestions so that I can deal with it when the time comes. She asked me a lot of stuffs to understand my situation better and later on she actually shared some of her top secrets with me ! Unbelievable true ! So, I know that you’ll be having one too. She chatted strangely after she shares her secrets. For all the time I known her, I never seen her with such a strange emotion before...

"...we all grow up already lar, if we talk about THAT then we grow up lor..." she said, well, wrote in the SMS.

"...both of our situation kinda same, haiz..." she said after she got all the answers she wanted to know from me.

Then, she gave me a very simple solution to my problem. Dont expect the solution and the problems will be written here, since its kinda privacy for me, hehe~~ Thanks for your suggestion ! I hope it'll help me to go through my problem.

The (kinda) long-waited semester break is here, and there's nothing I can do to speed up the time. No games, no online, less TV shows, no Heroes and Tsubasa...the break will be as boring as last time, again (and again)...

Oh "My" Chelle, I wish I could take Inkspell from you too, coz I finished Inkheart too fast ! I hate myself for doing so. As for the rest, I miss ya lot very much ! (>”<)

First and Last Chemistry Lab

Still remember that we, TE 4's first practical lab was Chemistry with Mrs TT ! The only thing I know about chemistry with her was "right...right..." and its actually very fun. I remember that day was a Thursday, and I'm actually wanna copy math tutorial, so I gather all the apparatus, solutions and stuffs for SL, my partner, and we started the experiment seconds later.

The next thing I know was, we're conducting the experiment (its a neutralisation experiment), both of us cooperated very nicely and we finished the experiment quite fast. Washed all the apparatus and I started to copy the tutorial in the chemistry lab. Then Mrs TT came, "no other subjects in my class or I'll tear it off, and you'll need to redo it again for that subject." So I quickly kept it away and then, listen to Mrs TT's brief about the result.

"...I see SL and PF(which is me) done a very good job, they cooperate very well. Well done and keep it up OK ?"

Those words really makes me happy. Its the first lab for me stepping in UTAR, and I got a credit from the lecturer...Its actually unexpected for me to hear it from Mrs TT, what I want at that time was to finish it quickly so I got time to copy the tutorial answer.

Yesterday, was my last chemistry lab for my Foundation studies. I didnt really know whats the aim or purpose of the experiment, but I together with my fellow TE 4s did it nicely. Yesterday's practical was the fastest practical that we TE 4 been through for all these weeks, probably coz of only 6 people attending the practical...

This time, its Banu (I know it sounds rude, but thats how I call her without her notice) that teaches us about the experiment procedures. This experiment was kinda fun, especially the part E's experiment. We left the solutions a little longer and when we wash the beakers, something like precipitate sticks on the wall of the beakers ! Its black and smelly and its unwashable !!!

What Kak Ash(our chemistry lab assistant) do is to put some diluted H2SO4 on it and rub it with the gloved fingers. We did the same and what I know was, the acid was hot ! Scare me...but I'm watching the black precipitate on the beaker to wash off, the beaker is as clean as brand new !

I saw Hermin washing a very dirty beaker, I asked whether I could help her, and...

"I know I can do it, I dont wan your help..."

Ok then...if you say so. But the next thing I know was she's keep on complaining the stain couldnt worn off.

"Come, let me help..."

"NO, I can do it !"

Well...OK then...if you say so. The beaker she's washing did looks cleaner as before. Later on, she handled me an almost clean beaker to me.

"Help me clean..."

"No, I know you can do it, so I dont wan to help..."

And few minutes later, she cleaned the beaker without a single stain on it, as if its brand new. Then we TE 4 went kisiao and started to take pictures with Banu. Compared to the first and last lab for chemistry, we TE 4 changed a lot. But still, we're a big family, just like Jes said in semester 1...

When thinking back the incidence about both the girl that I'm thinking of...it seems like I'm more emotional after knowing what happens to the second girl. I almost cried when I'm back at home. Its not like the first girl doesnt good, just that I relied too much on our similarities and hobbies.

No matter how much similarities that the two person has, at the end, you'll still can find some differences between them, even if its twins...

Perhaps its my fault that I didnt take any action to confess ... but still, izzit this the appropriate time for me to so such a thing to the other, which I actually did care about ? Isnt her the One ? I cant sure of it...now ...

Celebrating X'mas...with Tang Yuan !?

Oh ! Its Christmas eve ! But...we need to attend the replacement class for chemistry practical ! Hey wait a sec, Ms L said we could go back early if we finish it fast. And so we finished our experiments (on time) with homework - partial report ! How nice is she...usually we only gets full report...and so we took a picture of her !

And then, we went to our shopping for our Christmas Eve Steam Pot ! Bond be or driver again and we went to quite a number of place to buy our magic ingredient for the steam pot. But wait a sec...is that ...

#...oh ! Its the Ragu pasta sauce that we saw in the catalog few weeks ago ! Just in case we never meet him again, I took this picture quickly.#

Then, we go to SL's house for the ultimate party ! Most of the TE 4rians were there and all of us contributed our help for the steam pot.

Pictures regarding the steam pot will be posted in another post due to the picture supplier delayed delivery. But never mind, there's another picture supplier that delivered something else to me...

#Ah ! What is that !? Its the rice flour mixed with dragon fruit for making tang yuan. We made it on Christmas day, the day after our steam pot...#

Hermit ? Its Hermin ! [Offline Blog for 19/12]

#Freezie and Hermin at Old Town (Ah ! Where's me ?).#

Seems like another year will be ended just like that with lots of mid term test and programming assignment. At the same time, with the leaving of some of my friends and some other events that happens lately ... Anyway, we must go on since time only moves forward, there’s no turning back, not even Hiro Nakamura can change the past. Playing with space-time continuum is something really disastrous.

Erm, well … since Hermin said that I’ve only crapping about other people in my blog but not her, so I decided to crap about her then !

When recalling back what name to call her, we TE 4 came up lots of weird names. From names like “hermit crab” to “peppermint” and even “min min”, which was created by me. She’s always the girl who had her pony tail and specs. For me, she’s the one who very determined to study well for exam and fully understand the topics needed to learn.

Because of the subjects or what sort, she seems to be very stress in studying or understanding the topic. Rannie started to call her “stress po” (“po” is Chinese word, which means “old woman” in this case). Everytime seeing her and Freezie-chan having conversation about some subjects with strange phrases and words, it makes me scare.

“Wah ! They study that lot till I think that I studied too little !” I thought myself…

Then with the help of fate or destiny, I sometimes got the chance to solve questions or problems with her. Just like that programming practical for instance, I sorta know how to write the coding, but not really sure what to do, since I know the coding in my head will give me errors. Then Hermin came to ask me, I told her about my coding and when I told her half way, she already got my point. Then she told me about the ways of solving the problem, when she told me halfway, I got the point already as well ! That’s the fun part, when we’re writing the coding, we’re kinda like reading each other’s mind. Even Freezie too was there doing the coding together with us.

There’s another time in Writing for Science lecture, the lecturer told us to write an essay, pair work. Hermin sitting besides me that time and she said “never been working with you before, we in a group lar.” Then started to write the introduction and sort, we’re very excited in writing it and when writing the conclusion, we lack of ideas.

“As conclusion … for the sake of …”
“Wah ! I learned a new phrase ! ‘For the sake of,’ nice phrase !”
“Yeah, in the manga I read, there’s a part where the character said ‘for the sake of,’ they said she’s saying sake, not saké, which is a kind of alcohol in Japan.”

Then I said “for the sake of saké,” which makes her laugh a while. When we’re thinking what to write after the phrase, both of us look at each other with a light bulb on our heads shouting “our new generation” out loud ! Really funny that time, and we finished the essay with the phrase.

Few days back when we’re doing the Biology practical, I’m taking pictures on my blood on the slides and I saw her besides me. I forgot what she said (kinda feel angry for my weak memory power, but sometimes I really remember something that other’s cant remember, strange…) and I told her “there’s been a little boring and down in my blog recently …” which is a fact.

“… you always write about other people, never seen you write about me…” she complained.
“That’s the word I need ! I’ll put that in the blog.”

Today after Biology tutorial, I found myself stuck in Bond’s car again and Bond is trying to get the car to the main road. There’s a woman which did not let us pass, I started to say “women is like that…” and “My” Chelle said I’m talking like Mr J already.

“But if that’s my aunt, sure she’ll let us pass through.”
“Your aunt is a women !” counter attacked by “My” Chelle.
“It’s a CARING women if you ask.”

Then we saw Hermin in her dad’s car at the back of the women’s car. We started to wave real hard and she noticed all of us. Suddenly saw her dad reversing his car back a little to let us pass through, the whole people in the car was like “wow, how nice of him~” and Bond finally got the chance to pass through.

“Ah ! A CARING man !”
“I told Hermin about that later on…” said Freezie to me with laugh.

Oh My **** ! Deliciou-so !

WOW~

After my dinner at somewhere near Section 17 with Tweety-chan and Scott, we started went kisiao and ... something happens ! Lets guess whats the stuffs below...its kinda fun coz you'll not know whats those stuffs are. Hehe~
