Week 2 Holiday [Offline Blog 24/5]

Just watched Pirates of the Caribbean On Stranger Tides last week Friday on Viva House. Thought that I'm getting myself a handmade teddy bear from the event that was happening right there told by my Gor... who knows that the teddy bear making event was canceled due to some circumstances from the organizer. Seeing that the things doesnt work out as planned, both of us together with one of his friend watched a movie before we left there.


Well, Pirates of the Caribbean On Stranger Tides is the fourth installment of the Pirates series by Disney. The movie welcome back Captain Jack Sparrow, the all time favorite pirate in search of the mystical Fountain of Youth guarded by the beauty yet deadly Mermaids. Threatened by the most feared pirate Blackbeard and his daughter, who is also once Jack's old time girldfriend, Jack Sparrow must lead them to the Fountain. With the Spanish crew and the royal England crew lead by Captain Barbosa heading to the same destination, the Fountain became the prize of the race. Who will be the one to drink the water from the Fountain ? Who will be blessed with eternal life ?


Review:
The fourth installment of Pirates did not fail to entertain the audience with laughters, actions and surprises. With new and old cast joined forces in this new installment, it seems that the whole Pirates story has more to expand beyond our imaginations. 


The old fans will find it interesting to see Captain Jack Sparrow in action again, but the new fans might get a little bit confused as in the relationship between the characters and some part of the story or object. For the new fans of Pirates, here's a quick recap on the previous 3 installments:

- Once upon a time there's a pirate named Captain Jack Sparrow, who stole Captain Barbosa's cursed ship: the Black Pearl.

3 sentences, 3 movie recaps... for the whole story, please search for the movie yourself and watch it. 


In the end, the story is fasinating, no bad comment on the musics... and I dont think its necessery to go for 3D since you can enjoy the excitement on 2D too. Overall rating ? 8.5 out of 10.

Bored ... at Home [Offline Blog 18/5]

Remembering that last week was the day my final paper of the semester ended, it seems like time passed really slow during this semester holiday. In just more than a week's time, I'll find myself back in the old-boring university days, cycling to and from lecture classes, tutorials, practical lab sessions and chinese orchestral practices...


Despite of my current financial problem, I couldnt go any where but to stay put inside my home, as a good boy as I always was... ever since. But luckily, I still got some books to read to, and currently I'm re-reading JK Rowling's Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows for the 4th or 5th times (I lost count of it) to get ready of myself for the final movie of the series.


I wonder what will I be doing after finishing the book. Perhaps another round of reading on The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown. This great book always gives you a heartbeating sensation on every chapters you read, and you'll crave for more after you finished a chapter. 


Just to hope that these two book will be enough to occupy my more-than-a-week's-holiday before I got back to Kampar.

假期愉快 [Offline Blog 15/5]

你有试过连续三天都去同一个地方唱 K，打保龄球，打游戏机和看电影各两次吗？我不平凡的假期就这样开始了。。。

***第一天***

在金宝巴士车站买了车票后才被朋友点醒，原来我买的巴士车票公司是经常迟到的那个。


“看你下次还会再他们的车票吗？”他有点凶地问。
“还会有下次咩？”


十点半的巴士顿时变成了十一点半，终于整两点多才到吉隆坡车站。与我朋友碰面后，赶快找了间便宜酒店便朝 Times Square 去唱 K。由于唱下午的 K 时间剩不多，我们就决定唱晚上的，因为有 buffet 晚餐供应，可以一次过省下午餐及晚餐的钱。为了打发时间，我们俩跑到保龄球场打了几场球、到游戏机场一起打了几场机。


晚上回到酒店，就已经计划好明天一早醒来就去云顶玩翻天。由于冷气开到很大，我们俩睡同一张床。。。但是他一直抢盖被，要我抢回来才有得盖自己。


---第一天幕后故事---
唱完 K 正在走电梯下楼时朋友一直在问：”唱了那么久，我有唱到《我怀念的》吗？”
“好。。。好像有啊。”
“你有点来唱是吗？”
想了好久后才回答：”。。。有啊，因为是我要唱的啊。”
“那我有唱到吗？”
“有咩。。。有啊有啊！你自己不是很会唱还要抢着唱的叻。”
“哦。。。有啦？哦。。。”

***第二天***

我们有早醒，我们也有早到 KL Central 去买上云顶的车票，但是早上的车票还是卖完了。算了算，觉得上到云顶后玩不到几个小时又要下来了，最终决定：先吃个早餐再说吧！


走到 McD 点了两份早餐，边吃边玩弄那架 DS，希望可以上到网去 claim Pokemon Black 里的神秘礼物 - Pokemon 蛋蛋一粒。很可惜连上了网线，但是就是拿不到那粒蛋。既然计划都泡汤了，我提议回到 Times Square 去唱个 K，看个戏还是什么的，总好过在 McD 里呆。

回到 Times Square 后就去唱了整个下午，打了几场保龄球、游戏机和看了场英文片：Thor。 Thor 是部诉说我们地球人们所称为”神”的人类与蓝冰人星球的战争。蓝冰人因为滥用他们被赐的神圣武器将地球冰封（也就是我们地球的冰河时代），他们神圣的武器被没收了，然后从地球赶回到自己的星球去。日子久了，就在神界的二王子 Thor 接王位当天，蓝冰人突然出现在他们的星球要抢回他们的武器。Thor 也因为做错了事被国王贬掉魔法赶到地球。他为了救他的星球，他被逼与找到他的地球人们合作，找回他失去的魔法以及带领蓝冰人来到他星球的元凶。


整体来说这部由 Marvel 漫画改编的电影还算不错。虽然打斗场面不多，但故事不会闷，而且还有很多的笑场戏。


晚餐就在酒店不远的嘛嘛档口解决了。原本想到附近的 McD 上个网（其实原本的晚餐地点就是在 McD，但是看到嘛嘛档口有碌碌，我朋友停下脚步后，晚餐就在那里解决了），但是我们俩都累坏也饱胀了，所以就回到酒店休息了。


---第二天幕后故事---
吃完早餐后，我们坐在 McD 里无所事事。
“拿你的 DS 过来。”我朋友吩咐到。
“不要，我要上网去拿那粒蛋先。成功拿到的话再教你拿。”


*10 分钟后*


“找到 WiFi，就是 connect 到了上不到网！”
“哟，做末会酱的！”
“不知道，等下在 Times Square 再试一下咯。”
“拿你的 DS 过来。”
“Zzzz...”

***第三天***

早上退房后，我们俩又跑回去 Times Square 吃 KFC 后看了场戏，然后就各自回家去了。这次看了另一部我朋友说好看的：Priest。故事发生在一个吸血鬼的世界里，人们为了保护自己，教堂的教主们派了一批人马名为“祭师”(Priest)去消灭吸血鬼的窝。因为任务失败，教主们把他们祭师的职位贬了，在城市的边缘为了个厚墙防止吸血鬼的侵犯，以保护城市里人们的安全。教堂的口号“反抗教堂就是反抗神”已深入民心。居住在城市外面的男主角侄女怀疑被吸血鬼抓去了，为了拯救自己的侄女，男主角不顾一切地背叛了对教堂的承诺跑出城外寻找他的亲人。


整部戏的故事情节都还算不错，只是有点感觉太短了。胆小的人要注意，因为有几个部分会突然的被吓到。这是一部有望第二部曲出现的好戏，因为故事还可以继续向未来或者以前发展。


看完戏后我就和我朋友说再见，各自回各自的家咯。


---第三天幕后故事---
我们俩走到酒店柜台付钱时，有位看起来像马来人的男性外劳在那里问酒店房的价钱。

“这里房间价钱是什么？”
“今天星期六，每晚 RM 90。”
“如果我只要几个小时叻？”
“几个小时？每个小时 RM 10 算咯。”
“两个小时就 RM 20 咯？”


柜台老板娘开了单后我们就走了。


在酒店门口时，我朋友说：”那个男的一定是来叫鸡的。”
“你又知道？”
“你没有看到一个女生穿衣服很美在后面不远啊！？”
“我知道有个人，但是我没有看清楚是谁啊。”
“还有，他只要两粒钟叻，不是叫鸡是做什么噢！”
“。。。”

Outing Before CNY [Offline Blog for 31/1]

For sure, I think that I've been getting braver to meet up with my Facebook friends which I do not know them in real life, and I just had that again yesterday with one of them. To hang out with someone who shares the same birthday, having a few common interest and not know of seems to be weird, but I take it as getting to know a new friend.

Three of usBoth of us meet up at Mid Valley early and went to Red Box for karaoke. We do have fun singing out loud, though I’m not a very good singer. After few hours of singing, we went to arcade game centre for a few rounds of game. While Loke Loke was having fun on the dancing arcade, I found the percussion-based arcade more interesting.

The “hit-the-drum” game was easy: just hit the drum according to the rhythmic note displayed on the screen. With tons of classical, remixed, Chinese, English and weirdly Chinese New Year songs, this game could be used to practice your beats. Despite of being in the percussion team for the upcoming Chinese Orchestra performance, I played the game and found that I still need some practice on my drum-skills for Hard Mode.

Afterwards we went for the Singaporean CNY movie Homecoming. The story wasnt that bad and some parts of the plot do touches me. Overall, I give this movie a 7 out of 10 rating because of its comedy.

Yeah, we went back to the arcade game centre again later on because there's one more token left for me to play. After the tiring gaming session we went for makan at Kenny Roger's roasters and a small visit at Puzzle World. I saw your puzzle there YYH, but I found Kingdom Heart's more interesting. Haha~~~

一家人经常都可以在一起吃饭，为什么偏偏在年初夕一定要全家人到齐吃团圆饭呢？

就是因为年初夕，一家人一起吃饭意义不同嘛！

回顾 [Offline Blog for 30/1]

终于回到自己的家了！开心的是有好吃好喝好看的东西；伤心的是没得上网而已。哈哈~

刚才玩笛子玩累了就去开电脑，transfer 了些照片进电脑后就没事情做了。手痒的我跑去开以前的照片来回顾回顾一下。心里面“哇”一声的，才发现自己原来学笛子快要一年了！光阴果然似箭啊，“咻”一声就说一年了！

#残酷的事实。。。学笛子当然是要给钱买笛子啦！#

#买了笛子后就把它当成宝了，去到那里就带到那里，上课都要带着去上！#

回想起以前大家还是 noob noob 的那时候，拿起那笛子博命在吹，只希望吹出一个音；到随手拿起笛子来就可以吹出一些简单的音调及歌曲；到在我们华乐团自己的演奏会表演；到现在，忙着练习接下来演奏会表演的曲子。。。短短的一年里竟然发生了那么多的事，让我发现到，时间到底是过得很快，还是过得很慢？

四个月半已过了。。。原来时间过得那么快啊？

雨后庭院 [Offline Blog for 7/1]

二度梦见一个人出现在我梦里。

虽然感情没以前那么好了，但在梦里那个人亲切地在电话里问我要不要打包晚餐。。。顿时觉得很惊讶。还没等到那个人回家，我就梦中醒来了。窗外下着绵绵细雨，风扇开一号都嫌太大了。遇到这冷冷的天气，我赶紧把自己缩小，把盖被盖着自己。

第二次在我梦里出现时，情况更加离奇，根本就不可能发生。

大家都在忙着练习，那个人就偏偏忘了带那个最重要的东西，便在那里哭泣。我帮不了那个人什么，也安慰不了什么。既然那个人不是向我哭诉，也已经找到人哭诉了，酱我就不必特意去关心那个人吧。。。睡醒后，也没什么特别去介意，只是觉得那个人哭到很可怜，而且非常不真实，以那个人的性格这件事根本就不会发生。

雨后的庭院。。。清凉、清爽。

虽然它洗不掉过去的回忆，但它却能一一地再次钩起美好的日子。

明天就回金宝了。心情紧张，因为又要开始花钱了。我等待的那双翅膀，能够让我展翅高飞、勇往前进，不必再担心、伤心、难过吗？那双翅膀又几时才会来临呢？

新年啦~ [Offline Blog for 1/1]

新年啦。。。so what ？

虽是说“旧的不去，新的不来”，但是也不可以把“旧的”给遗忘掉吧，毕竟是它教会你如何去面对接下来的日子与人生并珍惜和爱戴在你身边对你好的人。

去年圣诞节我当我自己收到了一份礼物：关心。这份礼物让我回想起了之前所经历过的事，和那天真，幼稚的我。

“会说自己天真的人还算天真吗？”
至少他已经知道什么是天真，什么是幼稚了。也至少，他知道他正在长大，再也不是以前那个小孩子了。

“新的”即使真的来了，要怎么挡也挡不住。只希望这次我不会再踏上同样的旅程。。。这颗苹果，好难啃啊。

“新的一年，新的开始”也是骗人的。难道你以为人生就好像电子游戏那样有 take two take three 吗？但是，总要“拥抱过去，才能鼓起勇气”。人生真的没有 take two take three ，所以我们就需要积极地面对过去，以勇气面对新的每一天。


我怀念的，是无话不说的在一起。
但该收的就要收，该放的也就要放。

窗外那绵绵细雨，配上现在我家狂炸的华乐合奏曲子。。。清凉得来很悠闲。

2010 年马来西亚华乐合奏大赛 [Offline Blog for 27/12]

#合奏大赛入场卷。#

昨晚在天后宫雪隆海南会馆礼堂观看了第五届的华乐合奏大赛决赛，感觉很非比寻常。遇见了两位团长，也遇见了我的笛子老师。觉得很兴奋，也很开心。

8 队团体分别都演奏两首歌曲：一首是大会指定歌曲，另一首是参赛歌曲。指定的歌曲是《春光啊啦啦地嬉闹》，一首现代的曲子。我个人来说，我真的听不明这首曲子。总共听了这首曲子 8 次，听了 8 次我还听不出旋律和拍子，更不要说我记不记得这首曲子。

另外一首曲子是团队自选的，分别听了《瑶族舞曲》，《台湾追想曲》，《牛郎织女》，《竹歌》，《夏》，《茉莉花》和《音乐会序曲-金蛇狂舞》。我把其中一首蛮好听的给忘掉了。在众多的曲子里，我个人特别欣赏《牛郎织女》，《夏》，《音乐会序曲-金蛇狂舞》和那首忘掉了的曲子。尤其是现场听《夏》，感动到快要流泪了。

过后晚上时就托团长的福载我跟我的朋友到地铁站搭地铁回他家。回到家就冲凉睡觉咯。

那天晚上很冷。

你知道我怕冷，趁我熟睡，

跑去把风扇关小。

早上时看得出你很冷，

要不你就不会把自己包到像粽子一样。

你二度钻进来，都感到你身体很冷。

生病了就多喝水。

看到你咳嗽很吃力，

你以为我很开心啊？

原来，失去了才学会去拥有。

想到 2 月 20 日 就是比赛日期，看来要加把劲把曲子给练好了！

平安夜。。。So What ? [Offline Blog for 24/12]

终于，我的实习生旅程在昨天放工后就完毕了。

除了那班热情的 UCSI 朋友们，我对那间公司已没有什么好留念的。

谢谢你们来到这间公司，

和我们一起实习，一起吃饭，一起骂人，一起工作，一起偷懒。。。

要不然我们俩拉曼生早就闷死了。

希望你们可以把剩下的一个星期捱下去，

至于那些今天才完毕实习的朋友们，恭喜恭喜，你们快要从获自由啦。

难得是最后一天，我们都特地穿得 smart smart 的来到公司拍些照片留念。

整间公司，我不觉得还有哪里是我们漏了还没拍过照片的。

从座位到会议室，门口到休息室，甚至连男厕都跑进去拍个饱了。

昨天真的是很开心。开心的是实习完了，

不用再被叫去做些自己都不懂要怎样做的东西，

不用再每天一大清早就爬起身来搭巴士上班去，

可以去与朋友去玩乐，饮茶，看戏， relax 一下，

可以睡迟一点，迟一点才醒，练习笛子，打电动。

今天是平安夜。

平安夜又怎样？

爱创新的婆婆有起兴致来煮了咸的汤圆。

没有把它们给拍个照片啦，因为婆婆不喜欢。

虽然没吃过咸的汤圆，也不知道这是否正统的咸汤圆，但是味道还不错。

玉蜀黍鸡汤配白汤圆；汤圆有嚼劲，鸡汤清甜不油腻，

吃起来好像是绝配那样，有厉害到咯。

有近三个月没见面了，突然叫我去看华乐比赛吗？

好啊，毕竟没看过，去见识一下也无妨。

Super Herbs Treasure, Go Go Go ! [Offline Blog for 19/12]

This is a small company event organized by 10 of the interns in the company that I'm having my internship. We're only given less than a month's time to prepare the proposal and carry out the whole event OURSELVES. Yeah, whatever that we're doing it must be authorized by the upper level management first before we can continue on the project. This is a must as they will guide us towards the correct path that will make the event a success...

... and because of them, I'm now at the venue where I'm having the event.

Not much details of the event will be said here since the event is still going on, but one thing to say: its happening and its a success, even though the whole thing seems to be rather messy and clumsy before today.

As the Chairman, Publicity Manager and Program Manager of this event, I appreciate everyone's contribution for this camp from the bottom of my heart. Though I might not be leading the team well, but I'm glad that they know what they should do to make the event success.

I remember the joyful faces of the Sponsorship Managers after they collected the sample products and vouchers. They might look tired, sweaty and out of breath, but they're excited to be able to get sponsors.

I also remember the excited face of the Publicity Manager when she printed out her design of posters and logos for the event. The design might be simple, but when it was printed out or sent to the public, it means a lot to her.

Lastly, I remember the faces of the playful Game Masters whenever they called us to try out the games they designed. They bring joy to us in the office while everyone was stressed by their own task.

I wonder whats happening at the treasure hunt game stations and the public booth... but I feels that everything is going smoothly. Thank goodness, my Sunday today is not a rainy day... at least for now.

Walking in the Rain [Offline Blog for 17/12]

Its raining when I was thinking to go back on time today, even though I know that I'm the most important person and cannot go back until they had settled their own task and at least informed me about it.

I'm hungry, I'm blank, I'm sleepy, I'm tired... and I'm still the most important person with tons of stuffs which I dont even know I should distribute it to the team members or just carry them on my shoulder...

9.12pm: Finally being able to go back after having some small meal even though its still raining. Thank you Yen Yee for fetching me back to the bus station, without her, I might need to wait for the bus until middle of the night before I could reach home.

While crossing the roads and walked along the small streets, the tiny rain poured on me. I felt wet, and I felt cold. I hugged my bag tight with both of my arms and hide under the small umbrella... hoping that the rain will not wet myself and my bag. At that moment, quite a number of people's face emerge from my memory and all of a sudden, I felt warm.

这样深的夜，下过雨的街，连星光就要熄灭，你赴的是什么样的约。。。

Fish Leong's version of the song titled 诱惑的街 (direct translate: seducive street ?) was so powerful. Everytime I listened to it, I could imagine out a raining night, an empty street with orange-lit street lamps. So whenever there's rain in the night, I'll turn on this song and get myself into the song's mood.

Walking alone in the rain always make me sad, but it also teaches me to be strong and face them with open hands. At the end of the post...

1 Week Left... [Offline Blog for 16/12]

... 5 days left to be exact, and the internship will end for me and Yen Yee.

I couldnt wait for this day to come, and I couldnt wait to be with my friends again back in Kampar. Though its a boring place, but still, that is the place where I meet them, be with them and have fun with them.

My head is gonna explode just because there's been storm and fire inside it for a week's time already. Everyday I found myself woke up with nightmares haunting me... falling into a deep black hole, or falling from a high building, or steped into a hole. I want them to end, and I want it now.

5 more days,

5 more scary days,

5 more hectic days,

5 more working days,

5 more suffering days,

5 more pressure days,

5 more ... days to be with you...

...the interns from UCSI.

I had so much fun being with them all and Yen Yee.

We mumbled, we scolded, we laughed, we played, we slacked, we joked, we ate, we drank, we slept, we worked hard, we tried our best, we helped each other and we made new friends in the end. Thank you very much for being part of my internship days, without you, my internship might just be as plain as a bottle of mineral water.

“才没多久听你说回来，这么快又说要回去了”吗？

难道现在你才知道时间过得很快？

我并没有埋怨什么，起码都出来见过一次面。

我实习完了，得空的话再出来走街咯。

还有，那个吃不到的巴生肉骨茶，和去不到的 Pulau Ketam，

要吃要去就要趁我还没回金宝之前做啦~

I've wrote a note on this title before in Facebook, in English. Since I got nothing much to update here, I think I'll write a different one here, in Chinese.

1. Emo 的我又回来了。
2. 小时候第一个玩的电动游戏是 Sonic the Hedgehog 。
3. 小时候玩抓抓不小心抱到学姐的腰，脸红了。
4. 同一个学姐也曾经在我被欺负时来救我，谢谢你。
5. 每当被问起父母时，我会犹豫一两秒。。。
6. 。。。如果想不到回答的方式，我会选择不答并转话题。
7. 不会轻易对陌生人交谈。
8. 在我记忆里，曾与 3 个不同的人一起洗澡。当然，他们都是男的。
9. 我已经等不及要回金宝了。
10. 习惯了靠左边睡，因为曾经一时我会在左边看见。。。

最近忙得不可开交。

忙着睡，

忙着想，

忙着吃，

忙着玩。

忙着工作，

忙着写稿，

忙着计划，

忙着追戏。

忙着 MSN ，

忙着拍照片，

忙着练笛子，

忙着在寻找。

忙着听笛子版卡侬，

忙着想东西写部落格，

忙着等待回金宝的那天，

忙着听电视剧的背景音乐。

虽然真的很忙，但是每次回到家时，都不懂要做些什么。

回到公司时又发现有东西还没准备，很怕被催要快快赶出来。

所以现在如果有时间睡觉，我就会去睡个够咯。。。

如果我可以。。。酱子睡。。。几爽下的。

TPM Day Trip [Offline Blog for 5/12]

Supposed to be a good night sleep till afternoon, but I woke up early and meet up with my intern friend and go to Taman Pertanian Malaysia for a relaxing field trip. TPM is located at Shah Alam and it took around half an hour to reach there from Mid Valley.

After reaching TPM and found ourselves a nice parking place, Ally and her BF and I went to the ticketing booth and were shocked that the place was filled with tons of people. "People mountain people sea !" I said. After some time of lining up, we finally got our tickets and the first thing we did was to rent a bicycle. And of course, the place was filled with people too. Disappointed for being on the waiting list, we decided to have a walk instead after Charles, ZiQi and Cammie joined us.

Well, we came here not for relaxing but for some business. The business that we had will be P&C, but I dont thinks that showing the pictures that we took will make anything worse...

#Just before we enter the Four Season House, we're acting cold under the hot sun.#

#They decorated the house with trees covered with ice.#

#There's a mercury alcohol thermometer sticked on the wall. You can see that it is now -2 degree Celsius !#

#I'm not even sure if this is real, but I'm very sure that the fruits that grow on top of this tree are fake.#

Then we decided to have Bah Kut Teh at Klang, and after hours of circling we finally reached the place, which was closed in the afternoon.

#Sorry, the restaurant is closed in the afternoon.# 

Disappointed again, we tried a second place for lunch, and it was closed too. The same thing happens for the third time and then ZiQi suggested having lunch dinner at a restaurant near Leisure Mall that steams all the dishes.

The restaurant DO steams every dish, from fish and chicken till egg and even vegetable. Though all of the dishes were steamed, but they all tasted great. Didnt took pictures coz we're all hungry as we've been searching for lunch since 2-3pm until 5.30pm. After dinner, ZiQi sent me to the KTM station and I went back home myself.

It will be a wonderful day, if we had the chance to ride the bike and have Bah Kut Teh for lunch of course !


Deleted Scene

The night before our trip, Cammie suggested that we’re wearing rainbow-coloured shirts and asked me whether I have blue shirts. Of course I have none and I decided to wear white instead.

While taking pictures during the trip, Cammie said it would be nice if we arrange ourselves according the colour of the rainbow and complained on me that:

"都叫你穿蓝的啦。你看，我们有红的黄的绿的紫的，做末你没有蓝的？"

Then something happens...

Suddenly Charles laughed out loud, we all stunned for a while and realized what was he laughing about... we all laughed too, but I sweated. =_=
